Description

The HCIMA required a set of postcard type pages for a mini-brochure. In order to convey the myriad of services and benefits to members I decided upon the concept of trees for the metaphor.

This particular theme worked well in trying to convery a number of different concepts. For example the front cover image is from the section concerning networking opportunities which discusses various seminars and social events which are held. Thus the forest image helped denote a group/gathering whilst the sun streaming through is a metaphor for the HCIMA. Others include the information service where sunlight streams through leaves giving energy and nourishment. This parallels the way in which the HCIMA provide members with information to help in personal development.

These organic images were juxtaposed with corpoarte shots helping provide the human element to the brochure.

The mini-brochure had a print run of 1500 and was distributed at the Hotelympia 2006 exhibition.
